Documents Required

• ✔ Signed visa application form
• ✔ Travel insurance (mandatory for all Schengen countries)
• ✔ Applicant’s valid passport / travel document
• ✔ Applicant’s photograph (35 × 45 mm)
• ✔ Passport photocopy with previous visas (Ukraine, USA, UK, Schengen, Australia)
• ✔ Residence documents / valid residence permit (If applicant resides outside country of nationality)
• ✔ Medical / travel insurance covering Ukraine (Minimum coverage €30,000 or equivalent)
• ✔ Proof of sufficient funds to cover cost of stay, including:
  • Original 3 months updated bank statements (minimum USD 2500)
  • Original bank stamp and signature
  • Cash in Ukrainian hryvnia or other convertible currency
  • Bank cards with account balance statements
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Employer / sponsor / parent expense confirmation letter
  • Duly notarized sponsorship letter with original stamp & signature
• ✔ Original invitation letter issued by the Ukrainian university
• ✔ Original diploma & academic transcripts (Apostilled and translated into Ukrainian, certified by translator)
• ✔ Medical certificate (Apostilled and translated into Ukrainian)
• ✔ Birth certificate (Apostilled and translated into Ukrainian)
• ✔ Copies of all original documents submitted with the visa application
• ✔ Applicants outside India must have documents legalized by their home country MFA
• ⚠ Ukraine visa officers may request additional documents (return flight tickets or other supporting documents).
